instrument/vocal piano/keyboard, and vocals origins – place you were born/raised/school you attended born in washington, d.c., and raised in beautiful downtown bowie, md. went to bowie high school, and west chester university in beautiful downtown west chester, pa biggest musical influence yikes….hmm….beatles, annie haslam, annie lennox, eva cassidy, george harrison, joni mitchell, maybe even arlo, bonnie raitt, i gotta pick one?? that’s too overwhelming, not to mention billy joel…elton john, oh, and grace slick, (seriously)….anne and nancy wilson, oh, i don’t know………lots of people……my first piano teacher, mrs. sanders, and then there’s lisa mihawk (second piano teacher)……….that enough? first concert america, with golden earring as openers (remember radar love? that’s the one)…or maybe it was the eagles with golden earring as openers. yes, i think it was the eagles….memory ain’t what it used to be free time what? well, truth be told, i like to play my new piano……also, read, play w/my awesome kids, spend time with my husband, pray, walk, cook, laugh, but NOT CLEAN…. other talents you posses (that you can mention here) my life is pretty much an open music book, although i do love to cook and make people happy and just fix things for others. that makes me very happy, and i can be pretty good at it. anything else of interest i don’t think so. that’s pretty much me. life is very good. i am blessed. |

instrument/vocal drums, vocals origins – place you were born/raised/school you attended born and raised in wilmington, dela-where?, hung out mostly in west chester, pa through the college years at immaculata biggest musical influence growing up i was mostly turned on by csny, joni mitchell, bonnie raitt, the beatles, the grateful dead, simon & garfunkle, and steely dan – my teen rock idols became rush, the who, and many of the greats of the 70s first concert tower theater - brand X with phil collins as the first southpaw drummer i’d ever seen – that same year i caught both jethro tull and kansas at the now defunct spectrum – those were great years to see a show free time never heard of it… not sure what you mean. perhaps my day job falls under this category. other talents you posses (that you can mention here) mosaic it – everything CAN be mosaic’d!!! also wine making, pottery, and mastering the art of being a stay-at-home-but working mom - it's a delicate balance people! anything else of interest song-writing, it’s one of my biggest thrills to bring a song to our group and everyone puts their creativity into it. it evolves into something very unique and exciting by the time it’s all over. |
